		<description>I think the SOA case for startups is clear but I don&#039;t think that translates into other small organizations. I suspect - from having worked at small businesses - that they could and often would have many of the same challenges as medium sized organizations when it comes to SOA: Legacy systems and a lack of political will.</description>
