In the cloud,one service model does not fit all
popping..I wrote a post called which cloud service model is right for you a few weeks back. On Monday, 12/12 at our Cloud Camp in Winston-Salem, I will be giving this presentation on cloud service models.
As I mentioned in my previous article, my company uses a combination of all three models. We have a high speed transaction processor and a high volume consumer facing web site on AWS, we are building a few work flow style applications on Force.com, and we leverage many SaaS solutions for our non-mission critical and non-core competency tools.
